Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Our position
We do not sell personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and we do not “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by those laws.
We provide this page because California law requires a clear and conspicuous link by that name, regardless of whether the operator actually sells or shares.
What that means for this site
- We run no advertising pixels (no Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).
- We do not use cross-site advertising identifiers or syndicate visitor data to data brokers.
- Our analytics provider (Google Analytics 4) is configured without Google Signals, demographic reports, or ad personalization features.
- We do not enable session replay or sell session recordings.
If you believe any of the above is inaccurate, please tell us at legal@nzero.com.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as both an opt-out of sale/share and a rejection of analytics for the session.
How to make a verifiable consumer request
To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights — including the right to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share, limit use of sensitive personal information, and non-discrimination — email legal@nzero.com with:
- The right you are exercising.
- Enough information for us to verify your identity (typically the email address you have used with us, plus a description of your interaction with the site or our product).
We will respond within the timeframes set by California law (currently 45 days, extendable by 45 days with notice).
Authorized agents
You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will require evidence of the agent’s authority (e.g., a signed letter or power of attorney) and may verify directly with you.
